A special thanks to JDjive for passing along a bunch of traffic this morning to my incredibly lame blog. Many of the visitors who clicked over here have spent a significant amount of time looking at various posts, reading the cited case law, etc. I'm thinking the intended insult had the opposite effect, but I'm sure I'm too lame to understand the difference...
In other news, the Appellate Division, Second Department will hear the appeals in Fair Price a/a/o Novelo v. Travelers on 12/14/06 and Mandarino v. Travelers on 12/19/06.

Your blog is anything but lame. What I consider lame is people with nothing better to do than to make critical comments on a message board about a blog that provides useful and insightful commentary such as your own. There's a name for people like that--Loozahs.
Loozah is the type of sponge I use in the shower, I think. Thanks, though. :)
Also, I think there is A.B. Medical v. Liberty to be heard on 12-18-06 by the Appellate Division Second Department.
Pay no mind to the desperate trolls. I am glad you like Marc Ribot and Tom Waits. Marc plays with one of my friends, Ches Smith, an amazing drummer in a band called Ceramic Dog. Check them out if you haven't already.
